18+ Age Policy

Gambling at is strictly reserved for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is both a legal requirement under Ontario law and a core principle of our responsible gambling commitment.

To protect minors and maintain a safe gaming environment, we enforce the following measures:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required to access our casino floor and all gambling areas
  • Accepted forms of ID include a driver's licence, passport, provincial ID card, or any other government-issued photo ID showing date of birth
  • Our staff are trained and authorized to request proof of age at any time, from any guest
  • Any individual who appears to be under the age of 25 may be asked to present identification
  • Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted in any area of the casino floor, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult
  • Any guest found to be under the legal age will be asked to leave the gaming areas immediately, and any winnings obtained will be forfeited

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a responsible and lawful environment for all guests.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or financial situation. It often develops gradually, and many people do not realize they have a problem until it has significantly impacted their life. Recognizing the warning signs early can make a profound difference.

You may want to reflect on your gambling habits if you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know:

  • Spending more money on gambling than you can afford to lose
  • Feeling a strong, persistent urge to gamble that is difficult to resist
  • Increasing the amount of money you bet in order to feel the same level of excitement
  • Returning to gamble after losing money in an attempt to win it back ("chasing losses")
  • Lying to family members, friends, or colleagues about how much time or money you spend gambling
  • Neglecting work, school, family responsibilities, or personal health because of gambling
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions, or engaging in dishonest behaviour to fund gambling
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, restless, or depressed when trying to cut down or stop gambling
  • Using gambling as a way to escape from problems, stress, loneliness, or difficult emotions
  • Feeling guilt, shame, or remorse after gambling sessions
  • Failing in repeated attempts to control, reduce, or stop gambling
  • Jeopardizing or losing important relationships, a job, or educational or career opportunities because of gambling

If any of these signs feel familiar to you, please know that you are not alone. Help is available, and seeking support is a sign of strength. Our staff are always here to listen and to guide you toward the right resources.

Self-Exclusion Tools and Support Options

We offer a range of practical tools to help you stay in control of your gambling. Whether you feel you need a short break or a longer period of self-reflection, we fully support your decision and will respect your wishes with complete confidentiality and care.

Self-Exclusion Program

Our self-exclusion program allows you to voluntarily ban yourself from our casino premises for a defined period of time or on a permanent basis. Once enrolled, you will be refused entry to our gaming areas and your player account (if applicable) will be suspended.

To enroll in our self-exclusion program, please speak directly with a member of our Responsible Gambling team at the casino's Guest Services desk. All requests are handled with the utmost sensitivity and discretion.

Ontario's Self-Exclusion Program

In addition to our in-house program, guests may also register with the Ontario Self-Exclusion Program administered by iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This province-wide program allows you to exclude yourself from all regulated gambling sites and venues in Ontario simultaneously.

For more information, visit the AGCO website at www.agco.ca or ask one of our team members for assistance.

Deposit and Spending Limits

We encourage all guests to set personal budgets before they begin gambling. If you need help setting limits or understanding your spending patterns, our team is available to assist you.

Time-Out Options

If you feel you need a temporary break from gambling, you may request a time-out period ranging from 24 hours to several months. During this time, your access to gambling activities at our venue will be suspended.

Reality Checks

Our staff members are trained to check in with guests and provide friendly reminders about time spent at the tables or machines. Please do not hesitate to ask a team member for a reality check at any time.
